Joyce Manishimwe is the Director of Operations at SASA Group Rwanda Ltd, bringing extensive experience in operations management, finance, and organizational leadership. 

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration (Finance), both from the University of Rwanda. 

Beyond her corporate role, she served as the National Youth Council Coordinator and a District Council Member in Huye District, demonstrating her commitment to public service and youth empowerment.

Her leadership is driven by innovation, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering impactful solutions to clients and communities.
